(b) Departure of Certain Officers.
Spartan Motors, Inc. (the “Company”) previously reported that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Frederick “Rick” Sohm, would be stepping down from his position with the Company for non-business reasons. Effective as of March 17, 2020, Mr. Sohm is no longer the CFO of the Company.
(c) Appointment of Certain Officers.
The appointment of Jonathan Douyard as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, as previously disclosed, is effective March 17, 2020. Please see the Form 8-K filed by the Company on January 27, 2020 for more information regarding Mr. Douyard.
