On May 18, 2015, Spartan Motors, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Steve Guillaume as President of the Specialty Chassis and Vehicles business unit, effective May 11, 2015. Arthur D. Ickes, who previously served as President of the Specialty Chassis and Vehicles business unit has been appointed to the position of Executive Officer, Special Projects, reporting to the Company’s CEO, Daryl Adams
